In this column you may find one of the following icons: an icon allowing you to request changes , an icon indicating that you cannot modify the access on your own  (in such case you will have to contact the support service at AGRI-EXT-HELPDESK@ec.europa.eu),  or a dash ("-") in case a request for the particular application is currently pending. Only the first icon can be clicked.

When you click on this icon you start the Requesting access rights wizard.
