The possible access
rights (also known as "Groups") available for the selected application
are displayed and next to them a checkbox. If you have already some access
rights for this application (which is never the case for a new user), they will
have a check mark. You can add rights by checking boxes, and remove rights by
un-checking. The third column will display the action that will be carried out
(add or remove).
In the following
screen click on "Generate form" button
A document will be
generated. Please click on "Download document" (the form will also be
sent to you via email); print it, sign it and scan it.
Back on the menu
from where you started the request (either Register in AWAI or Access rights),
or under "My past requests" menu (for existing users only), click on
Edit/Resume and you will see a button to upload your scanned document.
Select the document
you scanned duly signed, click on "Next" to have a final view on your
request and then push "Submit".
Before submitting, you will be given the possibility of adding some
comment if you wish.
A confirmation
message will be sent after execution via email.
