The personal data encoding for Economic Operator of ISSAMM screen is as follows:

Name, Surname, e-mail address

Please note that this information is retrieved directly from the EU Login site and cannot be modified.

Member State

Choose the country you represent.

Organisation

Once you choose the member state, a Default Organisation for Economic Operators will be automatically assigned. This organisation defines the NUA that is responsible for validation economical operators’ access rights requests.

EORI to associate

If you are requesting access to ISAMM as an economic operator, you have to provide the correspondent EORI for witch you want to have permissions to submit the LORI forms in ISAMM.

For that, you click in the button “Add a new EORI”,

A pop-up window will appear and you will have to provide a valid EORI number that will be available for association, after validation. If the address of the EORI is public, it will also be displayed. After validation, click in Add to close the popup and associate the EORI.

Address and Country fields

You will have to edit manually these fields with your contact address. Please note that the field Country relates to that of the Postal Address' country, and not that of the one the organisation represents, and it is a mandatory field.

Phone and Fax

Please note that phone is mandatory.
